North Topsail Beach, NC - Flooding Improvements (20240793.00.WK)

Construction of proposed infiltration system at the northern end of Gray Street, which will reduce flooding on NC-210-Island Drive. In addition, construction of a proposed level spreader with vegetated filter strip, and permeable pavers at the North Topsail Beach Town Park along New River Inlet Road. These systems will reduce flooding on New River Inlet Road.
