The project includes the furnishing of labor, material and equipment for the rehabilitation of Runway 6/24 and Taxiway A associated airfield lighting and signage.

This contract covers providing personnel, equipment, and materials to rehabilitate sewer facilities along E Commence Ave and at the intersection of S Main St and E Fairfield Ave. Work includes installing approximately 230 linear feet of sewer main replacement, drops, service laterals, traffic control, asphalt patching, and other items per contract plans and specifications.

This project consists of a mill-and-fill rehabilitation of Runway 14-32 (9,001’ x 150’), including runway overruns with a non-strengthening FAA specification P-401 bituminous asphalt overlay. The scope of the project includes the following: • 2-inch nominal bituminous pavement milling. • Fill and repair encountered pavement cracks with an engineer approved non-shrink grout-type crack filler material. • Grade correction overlay through the Runway 14-32 intersection with Runway 5-23. • Pavement fillet demolition in the intersection of Runway 14-32 and Runway 5-23. • Adjust threshold lights and MALSR threshold bar and install maintenance pads. • FAA specification P-401, 2-inch nominal overlay placed in one 2-inch lift for the entire length of the runway and overruns. • Runway grooving per FAA specification. • Runway shoulder restoration grading, seeding and mulching as required. • Application of initial and final precision instrument runway pavement markings.

The work includes, but is not limited to, a new field house addition. Work includes but not limited to the masonry and brick walls, slabs and roof. Install power, IT, controls and fire alarm with HVAC system and the plumbing installation. It includes floor wall and ceiling finishes and equipment as per plans. Coordinate site access for field use with School.

The Town of Waxhaw is requesting qualifications, which shall address at a minimum the tasks outlined in this RFQ. The Town intends to award the design, landscape architecture, engineering, permitting and general construction services for this project as a single Master Service Agreement encompassing streambank restoration to facilitate all the requirements of the Federal Hazard Mitigation Grant and of federal, state, local laws, professional engineering standards and other regulations that may apply.

This project involves the rehabilitation of the older portion of Runway 6-24 pavement (4,471' x 75'), new LED runway lighting and signage, new 4-box PAPIs on both runway ends, grading and paving work associated with widening the connector taxiway fillets to meet FAA standards, new LED taxiway lights for the connector taxiways, and drainage work to replace a pipe underneath the runway and regrade an existing channel. The project will include replacement of the rotating beacon three obstruction lights, all located on ridges near the airport. The existing lights and towers will be removed and replaced with new lights and new tipdown poles

The project will include approximately 11,500 linear feet of 10’ high perimeter fencing with barbed wire and wildlife exclusion skirt. The fencing will include four 24’ wide swing gates.

This project includes the rehabilitation of Lancaster Airport’s airfield electrical system including lighting, the vault, and the circuitry. LED fixtures will replace all older equipment. Taxiway signage will be updated as well as the Airport Lighting Control & Monitoring System. The scope of the project includes the following items: • Replace all airfield lights, signs, and cables • Provide new conduit where necessary • Update the circuit layout such that all major pieces of airfield equipment can connect to the emergency generator • Replace airfield electrical vault equipment • Provide roof repairing to the existing vault building • Replace airfield lighting control system • Install overhead lighting at terminal apron • Replace airport beacon fixture. All alternates must be bid.

Schedule I - The project scope will include the construction of one, 10-unit T-Hangar building with associated taxilanes and auto access. Site preparation will include around 4,000 cubic yards of grading, about 775 linear feet of storm drain pipe, about 1,200 tons of asphalt paving, and utility services for the new hangar building (water, sewer, electric). Schedule II - The project scope will include the construction of two, 10-unit T-Hangar buildings with associated taxilanes and auto access. Site preparation will include around 4,500 cubic yards of grading, about 900 linear feet of storm drain pipe, about 1,800 tons of asphalt paving, and utility services for the new hangar buildings (water, sewer, electric). Schedule III - The project scope will include the construction of two, 10-unit T-Hangar buildings with associated taxilanes and auto access and an apron rehabilitation. Site preparation will include around 5,300 cubic yards of grading, about 850 linear feet of storm drain pipe, about 3,000 tons of asphalt paving, and utility services for the new hangar buildings (water, sewer, electric).
