GW is investing funds for improvements by replacement of fiberglass effluent troughs, cypress baffle walls, raising of Clari-Trac system, and structural repairs including crack repairs, sealants, handrails, and protective coatings within the existing Flocculation and Sedimentation Basins at the Adkins Water Treatment Plant.
