The Project includes the following Work: 1. Division 02 – Gravity Sewer a. Construction of 2,770 LF of 12” gravity sewer b. 390 LF jack and bore crossing of US Highway 321 2. Division 01 – Force Main a. Construction of 15,645 LF of 8-inch force main as follows: 1) 10,660 Lf 8-inch PVC 2) 4,350 LF 8-inch DIP 3) 635 LF 8-inch SDR11 HDPE installed by Horizontal Directional Drill b. Abandonment of portions of an existing 6-inch force main and air release valves. 3. Division 04 – Pump Station a. Construction of a 550-gpm duplex submersible wastewater pump station with associated 10-foot diameter wetwell. Work also includes associated electrical components, emergency generator, required site improvements, and access road.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

The Project has an expected duration of 450 days.

This project is being funded in whole or in part by the federal State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds (SLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All federal SLFRF requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM) and may not be debarred from doing business with the federal government. Respondents on this work will be required to comply with all applicable federal regulations.
